What this site does

The site has no visitor account, contact form, advertising tracker or analytics script in its current release. Calculator values, searches and checklist selections are processed in your browser and are not sent by these tools. They are cleared when the page reloads. The print control opens your browser’s print function.

Hosting and external links

Cloudflare delivers and secures this website. It may process technical request information, including IP addresses and request logs, for that purpose. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details. When you follow an external source or support link, that destination’s privacy terms apply.

Changes

If forms, analytics, advertising or subscriptions are added, this notice and any applicable consent controls must be updated before those features operate. Last updated 13 September 2026.

Email and editorial enquiries

If you email editorial@casinosignaljournal.co.uk, we use your email address, message and the details you choose to provide to consider corrections, answer editorial enquiries and handle requests to stop outreach. Please include only what is relevant to your enquiry; do not send gambling-account credentials, payment-card details or identity documents.

Email to this publication’s editorial address is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail inbox used for editorial correspondence. Cloudflare and Google process messages and related delivery information to provide these services. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Authorised editorial tools may assist with reviewing correspondence, preparing outreach and recognising replies or opt-outs.

Occasional editorial outreach

We may contact publicly listed editorial or business mailboxes at verified UK corporate organisations to offer a relevant published resource for editorial consideration. We research contact addresses from organisations’ own public pages and record the evidence of relevance. The automatic route excludes named personal addresses, sole traders and organisations whose status has not been verified. This workflow does not use purchased contact lists, and we do not add tracking pixels to its messages.

The current automated workflow permits up to 2 new approaches and 4 messages in any seven-day period, shared across all 20 publications. It allows at most 1 follow-up per conversation, at least 14 days after a confirmed initial message. These are limits on the workflow, not a promise about email delivery.

Correspondence and do-not-contact records

Editorial correspondence is held in Gmail. The private outreach journal keeps organisation and contact details, source evidence, proposed and sent message text, dates, provider references and recorded reply, bounce or opt-out events. These records help us follow enquiries and prevent duplicate or unwanted approaches; they are not published as website content. The journal is separate from the full received correspondence in the mailbox.

To stop outreach, reply to the message or email editorial@casinosignaljournal.co.uk with “stop”. Once recorded, a reply, bounce or opt-out stops further automated outreach to the matching contact or organisation across our 20 publications. An opt-out from an address we have not previously contacted is recorded for that address; applying it to a wider organisation requires a verified match.

We keep a do-not-contact record to prevent renewed outreach. Contact editorial@casinosignaljournal.co.uk about information held for your correspondence, a correction to it or a request to remove correspondence. A request to stop outreach is recorded separately so it is not lost when correspondence is removed. This notice does not set a fixed automatic deletion period for the journal.
